VitroBench: Manipulating In-vehicle Networks and COTS ECUs on Your Bench (Vehicular Communications 2023)

VitroBench is a test platform for automotive cybersecurity research using commercial off-the-shelf electronic control units. It provides arbitrary packet control over in-vehicle networks and reproduces driving scenarios on a bench, allowing researchers to sniff, inject and bridge messages to evaluate attacks on realistic car components.
